These Terms are an agreement between you and Dostly LTD ("we", "us"), the operator of Dostly (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines and our Child Safety Standards.
1. Who can use Dostly
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- One person, one account. Information you give us must be true, and your profile photos must show you.
- We may ask you to verify your age or identity, and may refuse or close accounts that cannot be verified.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone and sign-in codes secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Community rules
You must not:
- Share or request nudity, sexual content, or sexual services; content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative way is banned and reported to authorities.
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, blackmail or impersonate anyone, or share someone's private information or images without consent.
- Post hate speech, violence, self-harm encouragement, illegal goods, scams, spam or misleading offers.
- Record or screenshot other users' calls or lives and share them without their consent.
- Ask other users for money, banking details or to move to other apps for paid activities, or run any gambling or betting.
- Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, emulators to abuse rewards, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, and report illegal activity to authorities. You can report any user or content in the app; see the Community Guidelines.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, transmit and adapt it (for example resize or transcode) only to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post. We may review, moderate and remove content, including through automated tools and periodic snapshots of video calls and lives for safety.
5. Coins, VIP, subscriptions and gifts
- Coins are a virtual item, licensed to you for use inside Dostly only. They are not money, have no cash value for buyers, cannot be transferred outside the Service and do not expire unless stated.
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Purchases are processed by Google Play or our payment partners under their terms.
- Coins are spent on paid calls (per minute), gifts, premium messages, paid content, live entry, VIP and other features at the rates shown in the app.
- Except where the law or the app store's refund policy says otherwise, purchases are final. See the Refund Policy or contact [email protected].
- VIP and subscriptions renew only where it is clearly stated at purchase, and you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
6. Host and creator earnings
Eligible verified hosts and creators may receive a share of coins spent on their calls, gifts and content, under the earnings and payout rules shown in the app at the time. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on other users' choices. Payouts need a verified payout account and may be subject to minimum amounts, fees, taxes and checks against fraud or rule breaks. We may withhold or reverse earnings that come from fraud, refunds, chargebacks or rule violations. Hosts who join an agency also agree to that agency's terms; agencies are independent of us.
7. Games
Games are skill-and-fun games inside the Service. There is no betting or wagering of real money. Any coin rewards are promotional and governed by the rules shown in the app.
8. Service availability
We work to keep Dostly running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or that every feature will stay the same. We may change or stop features.
9. Termination
You may stop using Dostly and delete your account at any time (Delete your account). We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the law, or to protect users. Unused coins are lost when an account is closed for a rule breach; in other cases contact us.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". You are responsible for your interactions with other users; meet or share personal details with care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have. Please contact our Grievance Officer first (see the Privacy Policy).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
